After discovering that his wife is having an affair, Nicola storms out of the family home. His wife Sarah decides to have a shower and is hacked to death by an unseen assailant. Inspector Pierro Terzi is brought in to handle the case and it appears the crime is an open and shut case – a crime of passions. After some new evidence surfaces it appears there may be a serial killer responsible for the murder…
